At Winter Decor Store, we want your holiday decorating experience to be as magical as our Alpine Trees and Angel decorations. While we carefully craft and select each item in our collection, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary. Our friendly customer service elves are here to help make this process as smooth as possible!
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to ensuring your winter wonderland is perfect.
⚠️ Important Exceptions
To maintain the magic and quality of our seasonal products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candy products (for health and safety reasons)
- Collectibles (due to their special edition nature)
- Opened or used Christmas String Lights and Battery Operated items
- Personalized or custom-made decorations
- Items that are not in original condition with tags attached
Simple Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Our Elves
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name and quantity you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our elves will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Please include:
- All original packaging and tags
- The Return Authorization Number clearly visible on the outside
- A copy of your original invoice

Step 4: Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline: 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.
